This is an update on the traditional
Kraft® offering.
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen okra, thawed
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed
1 (10.75 oz) can French onion soup
3 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Combine
green beans, soup, soy sauce, okra, rice, soy sauce and
olive oil in a small casserole dish.
Bake casserole for 10-15 minutes. Remove from
oven and top with the cheese. Bake for another 10-12 minutes
and serve.
